We work hard to get your jewellery delivered on time, however if there are any unforeseen delays we will keep you updated. All of our jewellery is custom made by our goldsmiths and hallmarked and certified by the top jewellery certifying aboratories of the world namely GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), SGL (Solitaire Gemological Laboratories), therefore any delay from the laboratories may result in delay of delivery of up to 5 working days. Products are shipped post receipt of full amount against the order.

For your protection, all orders require signature upon delivery.

For your protection, merchandise orders over AED 3,000 cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment. If required to be shiped an authorization from the customer is required.

In a case where a card has been used to make a payment that does not belong to the purchaser, the photo ID of both the card holder and the non-card holder will have to be submitted.

For any customer request that entails handing over the parcel or delivery to a third person, an email confirmation for the same will be required from the buyer for the authorization of the person in question, along with his/her photo ID.
